O corpo da requisição é agrupado por recurso do player: controls, playback, turbo, smart_autoplay, pixels e outros. É um merge-patch: envie só os grupos que você quer alterar e, dentro de um grupo, só as chaves em que você mexe; todo o resto mantém o valor salvo.
