Update controls
Patch just the player's on-screen controls, one focused feature at a time.
The controls group toggles the chrome the viewer sees on the player. Like every group on the video merge-patch, send only the keys you want to change — flipping one toggle is a one-key body.
Turn the seek bar off, nothing else

The control toggles
Each key is a boolean; true shows the control, false hides it.
