Update resume
Configure the keep-watching prompt returning viewers see.
When a viewer comes back to a video they left mid-way, the resume prompt offers to continue from where they stopped. This group turns it on and rewrites its copy and colors.
This is a merge-patch: send only the keys you want to change and everything else keeps its stored value.
